Board of Directors.The Blanchard Valley Port Authority Board consists of seven members. Three are appointed by the Mayor of Findlay with the consent of Council, three are appointed by the Hancock County Commissioners, and one is a joint appointment. There is no limit to the number of full 4-year terms a Director may serve.

Craig Anderson
Retired President and CEO Hercules Tire and Rubber Co., Findlay Ohio. Completed purchase of company by NYC financial firm FDG. Michigan State University graduated with honors and Masters at Ohio State University. Thirteen years as director of marketing for Firestone divisions including international. Thirty years with Hercules as VP sales and CEO. Extensive international business experience and travel. Numerous community board memberships including past President of Chamber of Commerce. |

Chuck Bills
One of the Founding Members, President/CEO of Findlay’s Tall Timbers Distribution Center, LLC/Ohio Logistics, LLC. With 4 investors started Findlay’s Tall Timbers in June of 1988. What started as a single 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Findlay, OH, has grown over the years. I have led the organization to serve and maintain over 8 million sq. ft. of warehouse/ manufacturing space ( 1,500,000sq.ft in Findlay, Oh) across 27 locations serving five states with over 450+ associates, now operating as Ohio Logistics, Southern Logistics, Penn Centre Logistics, Olive Branch Logistics. |

A Business / Corporate attorney at Eastman & Smith, Ltd working in Findlay, Ohio. He graduated from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2005. He was subsequently admitted to legal practice in 2005 after passing the bar exam. |

Paul Sears
Paul Sears, Ph.D. is the former dean of the College of Business at the University of Findlay, and before that, Ashland University. Since retirement from academia he is active in the community as a small business entrepreneur. |

Don Templin
Don Templin is the retired CFO of Voya Financial. Prior to that he worked at Marathon Petroleum for 10 years and held various senior level positions including CFO and President. Before joining Marathon Petroleum, he worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 27 years, including 15 as a partner. |
